This allowed the business to close on schedule, transition operations smoothly, and reduce annual occupancy expenses.

 

CASE STUDY 2 — Working Capital Facility for Seasonal Operations


Challenge

A multi‑location retail business faced predictable seasonal fluctuations that created cash flow pressure during slower months.
